Building Healthy Communities Merced Community Partners & Grantees 

The Building Healthy Communities Group of South Merced, Le Grand, Planada, and Beachwood Franklin is composed of local grantees, partners and community members. They aim to improve the health of Merced County so that children are healthy, safe and ready to learn.
