School, Family and Community Partnerships Leadership Academy (Cycle V):

Collaborative Leadership through Equity and Access

Program begins: Saturday, January 12, 2013 Program ends: April 8, 2013

The Leadership Academy is nine-sessions of leadership training in education designed for parents, school staff and community leaders who want to gain greater skills in leadership and deepen their understanding of the issues, policies, and functions in K-12 education. This academy is offered to a maximum of 25 participants each school year. At each session, participants have an opportunity to meet and interact with top leaders in education who are experts in areas such as educational policy, administration, school finance and accountability.

The program meets in the evenings with an exception of the orientation. Free childcare, meals, and materials are provided at no cost to participants.
