Sacramento County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Public Health
is pleased to release funding opportunities via Requests for Proposals (RFP) to implement Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program-Education (SNAP-Ed) activities. Sacramento County was awarded a grant from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Network for a Healthy California via funding from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Over the next four years, Sacramento County’s SNAP-Ed will implement a comprehensive nutrition education program to improve the nutrition and health of the County’s low income (SNAP eligible) residents.
