Fresno BHC is looking for a Project Assistant and Boys & Men of Color Coordinator

Fresno Building Healthy Communities (Fresno BHC) is looking for two highly efficient people to join the team.

Fresno BHC's Project Assistant performs a full-range of ongoing administrative and office support functions to facilitate the efficient and effective operation of Fresno BHC. The Project Assistant is expected to assist the Hub Manager in completion of a variety of special and/or technical projects, reports, and other related duties, many which involve an in depth knowledge of a wide range of policies, procedures, and technical work processes. S/he will also assist with special event planning and Fresno BHC related activities, as needed.

Fresno BHC's Boys and Men of Color (BMOC) Coordinator is responsible for developing and coordinating a diverse BMOC Network that works collaboratively to implement an effective Policy & Systems Change Strategy/Plan to improve the health and success of boys and men of color in Central/Southeast/Southwest Fresno. The BMOC Coordinator is the point person within Fresno BHC for all BMOC related work and is expected to lead the completion of a variety of special, and/or technical projects, reports and other related activities, many which involve an in depth knowledge of a wide range of policies and systems, in order to advance the BMOC policy agenda. S/he provides administrative, research, and programmatic support for the Fresno BHC initiative and will assist with other project-related activities, including direct project support that advances the Fresno BHC work as needed.
